When seeds are being planted in dry or infertile soil, often something is planted to shelter the seeds. The shelter plant often die when the seeds have grown to its full potential, but in the beginning, it will give shelter and nurture the growth of the seedling and fertilize the soil. The blue shelter plant is the CMO that provides nurturing and protection to the various Catholic Undergraduates Societies (CUS) while the Cross is the centre of life for all Catholic Undergraduate Societies.

To form new generation of leaders rooted in faith, living our diversity in community, in relationship with the marginalized and people of other faiths.
MISSION
To form student leaders in the faith through:
* To create rich and abundant opportunity for personal and spiritual growth.
* To empower and form studnets to be leaders in the church and society.
* To welcome Catholic intellectuals as indispensable partners in search for truth and justice.
